Dubbed the body whisperer by her patients Sherry has been providing her services for over 25 years to help people discover wellness, create strategies for better health and learn how to listen to the messages of the body. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and training in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine she uses a comprehensive whole body and life approach to wellness.


She has created her own system to empower others to reclaim balance and harmony by teaching tools needed to set the groundwork for true healing and support to stay healthy through all life stages and challenges.


Sherry has done lectures and workshops throughout the U.S. Offers corporate wellness programs as well as group and individual consultations and classes.


She is the author of two cookbooks. Simply Good: Fall/Winter and Simply Good: Spring/Summer and co-author of 10 Days to a New You.



 Sherry Belcher, RDH, MS, CN has been providing individuals and groups a greater awareness and understanding of their body, habits and lifestyle patterns over 30 years. She helps empower them to make changes in their diet, shift their beliefs about food and health, achieve wellness goals and be an advocate for self-healing. She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition and studied both Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine approaches, creating a well-rounded view to launch from. She is the author of 3 books and holds lectures and workshops across the country.
